Nicholl Skatepark: Richmond, CA

Brad Siedlecki worked with the local skaters to create what the community was asking for. A real “street” based skatepark that encompases natural urban terrain.

This 10,000 sq.ft. skatepark was designed within the existing park trail system and has all the basics for street skateboarding.

Not even the $3.1 mil- lion dollar swim center will get the use of this $300,000 skate park plaza. It is a place for people of all ages to come (free) and exercise, gather, bond and just have fun.
