Skatepark grand opening

We are excited to announce the grand opening of Taylor Farm Park, located in Henrico County. This is the first large community park in the area in more than 40 years.A skatepark, event area, large playground, spray park, cycling pump track, bike dirt skills course, mist mounds, treehouse and a zipline are among the features of the new 99-acre park.

The Active Sports area features a large destination skate park, a pump track, and a bike skills course.

The 17,000 sq. ft. skatepark has a traditional design, including a bowl with pool coping and tile.

The 16,000 sq. ft. Flow Bowl / Pump Park includes a 14 ft capsule.

The 1 Acre Bike Jump Park has both beginner and intermediate lines.

A 3,600 sq ft. concrete pad is the future home of a vert ramp, in the meantime the space is being used as a beginner bike and skate area, as well as doubling as an event space.

Taylor Farm Park is located at 200 Whiteside Road in Sandston, behind the Chickahominy Family YMCA. Details, including hours and rules, are at Henrico County.
